The Process includes a complete Zoom consultation where we will go over every aspect of the build. You will also receive private build videos of the process as your drum comes to life!

Please note these conditions for custom orders: By having and agreeing to a design consultation, and submitting payment, you agree that you will be purchasing this order. The design consultation will review every aspect of your order, including but not limited to; design briefing (which will include; wood species, drum dimension, hardware selection, and finish type)  and the estimated time frame for the build. It is important to note that each custom build will carry it’s own set of challenges and time frames may vary. Due to the nature of a custom build, returns and exchanges are not allowed once payment has been received and work has begun.

Disclaimer: With the nature of custom drum builds, the customer should expect some variation in coloration, woodgrain, sound, and final appearance. The quality of the build and material standards still apply to custom builds however. Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges Policy. The time frame for a custom build is 6 weeks from date of payment to date of delivery, however this window may be vary.
