Delivery

Our standard delivery time scale for in stock items is 3-4 business days in the lower 48. The Percussion Exchange will not be held responsible for any postal or courier delays, which is out of our control. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be held responsible to follow the normal return procedure. On receiving delivery of your order, if it is in any way damaged you must inform us within 24 hours by telephoning 207-318-7661, otherwise a claim cannot be accepted. 

International Orders

All international orders will be posted via USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail. Delivery time scales will vary, depending on the destination of the order. The Percussion Exchange will not be held responsible for any delays within the postal service. Please note: there may be small variations between the value of your confirmed foreign currency order and the amount you are finally charged by your card provider. This is due to possible exchange rate rate fluctuations between two separate service providers. 

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that they can receive goods to their delivery address from the USPS. 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs for standard size packages are as follows:

• Orders within the Lower 48 United States of America will have no additional shipping cost
• Hawaii, Alaska, and other United States of America Territories will have an additional $30 shipping cost
• International Orders to Europe, Canada, and Central and South America, will have an additional $40 shipping cost
• All other Countries will have an additional $50 shipping cost
